The Normandy Cinemas and Mixed use center was a competition which the office was awarded the first prize and commissioned to build by the Shams Housing and Development Company (was shortly put on hold during the working drawing stage). The complex consisted of 3 cinema theaters (2 enclosed and one outdoor “Summer” theater), a retail mall complex and 2 towers of office space. The brief called for the integration of a historic villa within the complex block
