In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the office took part on a number of Misr Insurance competitions for office building / mixed use complexes. Locations of these competitions are Giza (Third place prize), Shobra (Second place prize), Damanhour (First place prize) and Tanta (First place prize). Each of these projects were mixed use complexes, with retail / commercial space in the ground floor, office space for the podium floors (first few floors) and residential for the top floors.
