For this cultural center, our proposal groups elements of the brief into 4 categories (art galleries, library, conservation studios, and multimedia workshops), each placed in one of the four quandrants that makes up the building, separated by a central administration spine (with a restaurant/cafeteria) on the top floor, and two open courtyards. The facade also incorporates a number of wind catching towers (named Al Bajreel) to facilitate cross ventilation within all the enclosed spaces.
